How to cancel the support subscription?
Look for the link in your order confirmation email, in your renewal confirmation email, or renewal reminder email. The link ends with "S" and looks like the following:
Click the link and do the following:
- click "Cancel Subscription"
- click "Confirm"
You should get the cancellation email on the same email used for the order. If you do not get the cancellation email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and ProperSoft will help you cancel your support subscription.
If you do not have access to emails from ProperSoft, please email email@example.com and provide original email used with the order, your full name and ask to cancel your support subscription.
